How can technology offer everyone an individualised communications channel that is endlessly adaptable, never goes out of date and interacts with public sector services securely and in a timely way?
Netcompany
The solution
Netcompany are building the foundation for the first services of the Scottish public sector’s Digital Post. With 20 years’ experience from Denmark, in which 15,000 systems are integrated to the AMI platform network which serves 92% of citizens and 100% of companies, processing 230 million letters per year. Netcompany have implemented a part of the Social Security Scotland Disability Benefits Application to discover and evaluate the ways this can be applied in Scotland.
The Opportunity
Netcompany are rethinking the letter. The digital gathering point will be an archive for its citizens, offering the ability to connect in a secure and efficient way, and to act and interact on its content anywhere and anytime. The AMI platform connects Scottish citizens, public bodies, and private businesses.
Next Steps
The next step is to discover, analyse, design, and build cost-saving and efficient services that will provide Scottish citizens better service and faster handling of communication and case handling.
The Team
Netcompany has 20 years’ experience in building public services with the digital post model — for citizens to store and interact with public bodies with safety and integrity. It has dedicated teams within Scotland to ensure services will resonate with and be appreciated by Scottish citizens.
