The solution

Cohesion’s solution increases access to menopause services through community pharmacy, reducing demand on the NHS and shortening waiting times for support. Our Citizen Health Wallet is a mobile application that empowers women to better understand and manage health and wellness, symptoms, risks and support options helping them take greater control of their health journey and share their data with health services to receive more proactive and personalised menopause care, in the right place, at the right time.

The Opportunity

Cohesion’s solution focuses on menopause but is scalable to support women on their wider health journey over their lifetime. The technology is highly configurable for multiple use cases and utilises open systems standards for interoperability enabling our solution to be deployed rapidly and cost effectively.

Next Steps

Enhancing community pharmacy integration with NHS services and supporting both medical and non-medical prescribing, such as green health, will broaden the solution for wider Women’s Health such as heart health, sexual health and healthy ageing.
